Cross-border delivery

Seller: Ari Buff Co., Ltd. (Japan). Your contract is with the Japanese company only. Japanese consumption tax: the parcel leaves Japan as an export, so no Japanese consumption tax is charged. Duty and business tax: whatever Taiwan charges is paid by the recipient (DDU). We do not act as your customs agent. Small-value relief: under Taiwan customs rules as they currently stand, an import with a CIF value of NT$2,000 or less is free of duty and business tax; once the same recipient has taken that relief more than six times within half a year, later parcels are charged. These rules are revised from time to time, so Taiwan customs' own notice is the authority. Quantity: under Taiwan's Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) rules, tablet-form foods may be imported for personal use up to 12 units (packs) of the same product per shipment and 36 in total; anything above that may be returned or destroyed at the border, at the recipient's cost and risk. Please choose your quantity with this in mind. Delivery: dispatched from a Japan warehouse by EMS. The dispatch notice carries the tracking number. We do not issue a Taiwan e-invoice. Your Japanese receipt is in your account. Write to us: pokebuff.support@ari-buff.com, in Japanese, Traditional Chinese or English.
