Price: the price shown on the product page, tax included for delivery inside Japan. A parcel to Taiwan leaves Japan as an export and carries no Japanese consumption tax.
Charges besides the price: delivery. ¥500 inside Japan, free from five packs; ¥2,000 to Taiwan, free from eight packs. The figure is settled when the order is confirmed. Duty and business tax charged in Taiwan are paid by the recipient.
Payment: credit card, taken by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and other accepted brands). We do not offer Amazon Pay, Rakuten Pay or bank transfer.
When you pay: at the time of the order. Goods are dispatched afterwards.
Delivery: regular items are dispatched from a warehouse in Japan within two working days of payment clearing. Pre-orders are dispatched in turn from the dispatch start date shown on the product page. Because of factory output and the size of the first production run, the actual dispatch date may shift slightly either way, and orders beyond the first run may ship from the next run. Regular delivery plans follow the dispatch schedule shown when you apply.
Returns: for delivery to Japan, contact us within eight days to return unopened packs at your return-postage cost. Consumers receiving goods in Taiwan may cancel within seven days starting the day after receipt by returning goods or giving written notice, without a reason or fee. Necessary inspection alone does not exclude this right. We cover exchanges or refunds for faulty or incorrect goods. See Returns and cancellations for full instructions.
Who may buy: age 16 and over. General food (confectionery) containing caffeine. It is not a medicine and not a food with function claims.
Business-to-business terms
These terms apply to purchases by companies and sole proprietors. The cooling-off rules that protect consumers do not apply to business transactions.
Where we sell: Japan and Taiwan. Other territories are not open.
Payment: card, per order. Invoice terms are not offered.
Payment records: after payment, you can view your payment receipt in your account. For a Japanese qualified invoice or refund documentation, contact pokebuff.support@ari-buff.com with your order number.
Returns: tell us within seven days of arrival if goods are faulty or wrongly sent. Returns for other reasons are accepted only if unopened and resaleable.
Title: ownership passes when the goods are paid for in full.
Shipments to Taiwan: an export from Japan, exempt from Japanese consumption tax. The buyer is the importer of record and bears Taiwanese duty, business tax and import formalities. Please confirm the required import documents and business-number details with us before ordering.
