Returns and cancellation

Cancelling an order To request cancellation, email pokebuff.support@ari-buff.com with your order number. We will check the dispatch status and explain the next steps. If we cannot stop the parcel, the return terms and statutory rights below still apply. Consumer orders delivered to Japan For a change of mind, email pokebuff.support@ari-buff.com within eight days of delivery. Packs must be unopened. You pay return postage, and we refund the returned goods. Opened packs are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not limit remedies for faulty goods, incorrect deliveries or other statutory rights. Consumer orders delivered to Taiwan Within seven days starting on the day after receipt, you may cancel by returning the goods or sending written notice, including email, without giving a reason or paying a fee. We cover return postage. We do not exclude this right simply because the product is food, or refuse a return solely because packaging was opened for necessary inspection. Use beyond necessary inspection and any reduction in value are assessed under applicable law. Faulty goods or incorrect deliveries Email pokebuff.support@ari-buff.com with your order number and a description. Include photographs if convenient. We cover the cost of an exchange or refund, including delivery. Please contact us promptly; statutory remedies do not automatically expire after seven days. Returning goods and receiving a refund We will provide the return address and instructions. Our prior approval is not required to exercise Taiwan's statutory cancellation right. Where Taiwan law applies, we collect goods within 15 days starting the day after notice and return payment within 15 days starting the day after collection or receipt of the returned goods. For deliveries to Japan, we process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds normally use the original payment method; spent points are restored for the returned portion. The date a card refund appears depends on the card issuer. Regular deliveries and business purchases Cancel future regular deliveries in your account before the next charge. There is no minimum number of purchases or cancellation fee. Paid orders follow the cancellation and return terms above. Purchases for business use follow the terms agreed when ordering; using a company name alone does not remove applicable consumer rights.
