1. Scope These terms govern the Pokebuff official store, run by Ari Buff Co., Ltd. Using the store means you accept them. 2. Your account Please register with details that are true, and look after your own password. One person keeps one account, and registering in somebody else’s name is not allowed. 3. Orders and when a contract is made What the store shows is an invitation to order. The contract of sale is made when we accept your order and the payment goes through. We may be unable to accept an order because of stock, a per-person limit, or where you are asking us to deliver. 4. Price and payment The price is the one shown on the product page: tax included inside Japan, and an export from Japan for Taiwan. Payment is settled in Japanese yen. 5. What you may not do Buying in bulk to resell, ordering with untrue details, acting against the rights of other customers or of this company, interfering with the running of the store, and anything against the law or against public order. Where any of these happens we may cancel the order or suspend the account. 6. Our liability What we sell is a general food. We make no promise about any effect it may have. So far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it; this limit does not apply to our own intent or gross negligence. 7. Changes These terms may change. A change applies from the moment it is published in the store. 8. Governing law Japanese law governs these terms. The Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
